These are some landlord responsibilities for which you can be reimbursed as Interior Property Manager.
Conduct monthly inspections
Alert owner of needs for repairs
Liaise with contractor to book appointments at your convenience
Allow contractor access (by door or lockbox)
Key management (if there are other renters)
Turn spigot on/off in Spring/Fall
Out of scope: Liaise with teens for shoveling, raking and mowing. This need is low. They live across the street and are eager to please.
