Internal Property Management

These are some landlord responsibilities for which you can be reimbursed as Interior Property Manager.

  • Conduct monthly inspections
  • Alert owner of needs for repairs

  • Liaise with contractor to book appointments at your convenience
  • Allow contractor access (by door or lockbox)
  • Key management (if there are other renters)
  • Turn spigot on/off in Spring/Fall
  • Out of scope: Liaise with teens for shoveling, raking and mowing. This need is low. They live across the street and are eager to please.
